We would like to send a special thank you to his carers and community nurse, the emergency staff and those at Stafford Hospital who cared for him recently. We would also like to thank everyone for their generous donations to the British Lung Foundation, and also thank all the staff at A.J. Sellman for their help and Rev Jem Hawkins, who made the service so special
